Assist in the development of a comprehensive technology knowledge base for City employees within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system. The articles in the knowledge base will allow employees to quickly and easily search for answers to their technical needs, promoting self-service. Assist in the creation of standard practices to be used when developing knowledge articles, focusing on quality over quantity and ensuring the technical information is conveyed in a way that is easily understood by users at all levels of technical capabilities
