- Description:
You will play a hands-on role in modernizing how the City’s IT Department captures and shares knowledge. You will review existing knowledge articles for accuracy, clarity, and relevance; update content to reflect current processes and standards; and migrate approved materials into the IT’s SharePoint-based Knowledge Hub. Along the way, you will help organize content for easy discovery, apply consistent formatting and tagging, and identify gaps or outdated information that could impact service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with IT and business teams, gain practical experience with enterprise knowledge management tools, and leave a lasting imprint on a system that supports staff efficiency and high-quality public service.

10 hours per week or as available.
