A focus area in our City Strategy is High Performing Government. In this area we aim to simplify processes and deliver modern technologies. This position will assist in moving us forward to more modern asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the IT Asset Management Team with data entry and other IT Asset Management tasks as agreed and assigned

Assist the Service Desk and Endpoint teams replacing outdated equipment.

This position will help to accelerate deployment, reduce down time for staff and help keep the city secure by making sure we are on supported hardware.
