Social Dance Volunteer

Description:

We are looking for two volunteers to assist at our fun Social Dance events! These positions are ongoing, so we require volunteers willing to commit to attending on a consistent basis. 

 position #1  

• 5pm till 7:00pm a two-hour commitment 
• Set up water dispensers 
• set up potluck service tables 
• put out utensils, napkins, plates, etc., 
• receive food from guests and set up on potluck tables. 
• Organize guests' food containers on cart. 
• Welcome to stay and enjoy the dance! 

 Position #2 

• Would stay for the duration of the dance, a three hour and 45-minute commitment. 
• 5:30 till 7:15  
• Assist with taking tickets. 
• Set up potluck food. 
• Time off to enjoy the dance! 
• 8:30 till 9: 15 
• Oversee guests retrieving their containers. 
• Clean potluck tables 

 Training will be provided at first event.
