Come celebrate the end of a very productive season in the Xeriscape Demonstration Garden! We planted over 600 new plants this year with over 200 volunteer hours. We will have heavy appetizers, dessert, tie dye, and a tree walk with City arborist Ernie Wintergerst. This is a rough schedule for the party: 5 PM: Enjoy Appetizers and Deserts, Remarks from Sue Shaefer, City Volunteer Program Manager 5:05 PM: Tree Walk with City Arborist Ernie Wintergerst to learn about the unique tree species in the garden and around City Hall. 5:30 PM: End of Season Volunteer Awards 5:45: Tie Dye Station
