Plant Sale
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our annual Spring Plant Sale at The Gardens on Spring Creek! The sale will be held in person on May 17th and 18th from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please read the role descriptions and choose the shift(s) that works for you. Training will be provided at the start of each shift. Snacks will be provided for volunteers across all shifts. Those volunteering during the sale will be provided lunch. Volunteers who sign up to help on the 17th with a shift time starting at 8:15 a.m. are welcome to join us from 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. to shop the sale prior to their shift. All other volunteers can shop the sale before or after their shift. Not seeing any shifts to assist with selling plants? Or are you looking for a shift that is shorter in length? Volunteer Notes
The Gardens on Spring Creek Spring Plant Sale is located on site at 2145 Centre Ave. Due to this being an outdoor event, volunteers must be willing and able to be outdoors in all weather conditions. Last-minute changes in volunteer assignments may be required depending on the needs of the event and any day-of volunteer cancellations or no-shows. A reminder email will be sent out three days prior to your shift containing more information including what to wear, where to park and where to enter for your volunteer shift.
This is a multi-day activity. Ensure you are selecting an assignment on the date you intend.
