The Xeriscape Demonstration Garden volunteers meet on Thursday mornings through the growing season to maintain the waterwise demonstration garden outside City Hall. We work on a variety of projects including planting, cutting down old plant material, weeding, mulching and watering. This volunteer activity may require bending, squatting, kneeling and lifting up to 25 lbs. Tools, gloves and light refreshments are provided. No experience is necessary to volunteer- we are all here to learn from each other!
