Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our annual Spring Plant Sale at The Gardens on Spring Creek! We are excited to once again offer this community event in person on May 14th and 15th from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Volunteer shifts on the 11th through 13th will be assisting with event setup, the 14th and 15th are during the event, and 16th are for cleanup. Please read the role descriptions and choose the shift(s) that works for you. Training will be provided at the start of each shift. Snacks will be provided for volunteers. Volunteers who sign up to help on the 14th with a shift time starting at 8:15 a.m. are welcome to join us from 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. to shop the sale prior to their shift! Volunteers Registered: 80 (88 available)The Gardens on Spring Creek Spring Plant Sale is located on site at 2145 Centre Ave. Due to this being an outdoor event, volunteers must be willing and able to be outdoors in all weather conditions. Last-minute changes in volunteer assignments may be required depending on the needs of the event and any day-of volunteer cancellations or no-shows. A reminder email will be sent out three days prior to your shift containing more information including what to wear, where to park and where to enter for your volunteer shift.
