Natural Discoveries - Mixed Ages

Where: Reservoir Ridge and Primrose Studio. Program will meet at the Michaud parking lot at 8:00 a.m., hike the Michaud Spur out and back (about 1 mile) with a volunteer naturalist. Hike less than .5 mile to Primrose Studio for a presentation by the Rocky Mountain Raptor staff and volunteers. Presentation will last 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. When: Saturday July 26th, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Program Description: Enjoy a short hike with a naturalist to explore the local environment. Meet at the Michaud parking lot. Hike is roughly 1.5 miles, easy. Then at Primrose Studio, learn about the amazing raptors that populate Colorado's Front Range and how we can help conserve them. Observe live raptors up close with a visit from special guest, the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program. What to Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Bring sunscreen, a hat, closed-toe, sturdy shoes, and plenty of water.
