Where: Nix Farm Natural Area, 1745 Hoffman Mill Road. When: Saturday March 1st, 9a.m. - 11a.m. Program Description: Explore the unique features of nature in winter along with ways to record your experience using art materials, poetry, or prose. Discover the art materials and techniques easiest to use when out in nature. Accessibility: Program takes place outside and along an ADA accessible trail. Accessible bathrooms and parking available. Hike of up to 0.5 mile, easy. If you have any questions or concerns about the accessibility of a program, please contact [email protected] or call 970-416-2815 for more information. People with disabilities are welcome to participate in all programs and we are happy to make any appropriate accommodations. What to Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Bring sunscreen, a hat if you want one, closed-toe, sturdy shoes for outdoor observations, and plenty of water. Art supplies will be available, but feel free to bring your own as well. Consider bringing something to sit on outside
