Training - Adult

Join us for an exclusive tour of the Fort Collins Water Treatment Facility- just for FC Volunteers! Bring your photo ID and /or Drivers License. Mr. Cole Gustafson will be your guide for the tour to celebrate National Volunteer Week. Feel free to bring a guest that is not a FC Volunteer. Registration is required. The Fort Collins Water Treatment Facility (FCWTF) enjoys giving tours to the community and gladly opens its doors once a month for tours. The FCWTF operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, and we continue treating water even while giving tours. Fort Collins' drinking water comes from the Cache la Poudre River and Horsetooth Reservoir and is treated at the Water Treatment Facility. It is distributed to homes and businesses in Fort Collins through 525 miles of water mains. Learn how our drinking water makes it to our taps!
