NextGen Pro at Poudre Landmarks

City Hall
Today NextGen Pro spends the afternoon at the Avery House, one of Fort Collins' historic structures managed by the Poudre Landmarks Foundation. We've got a couple of basic activities to complete regarding lawncare, but there's a bigger initiative taking place here: Today NextGen Pro has an opportunity to create games for the Historic Homes Tour on September 12. That's a Saturday where several historic houses across Fort Collins open their doors for tours. But what if it's an activity day? What would it look like to have teens hosting activity tables based on turn-of-the-century games, art projects, or even playing croquet in the yard of the Avery House? That's what we're after today- what can we do to set those activities up? This will be a creative day and a good opportunity to see how educational programs are put together.
