*Registration for this program is required and will close on 7/30 at midnight* Where: Coyote Ridge NA- Specific location TBA When: Wednesday, July 31, 6:00 - 7:00pm Program Description: Restoration and Bird Monitoring. Learn how ecologists create habitat to support wildlife, and how data informs the management of natural areas. Accessibility: This program will take place on uneven ground. The hike will be between 1-2 miles long. There will not be restrooms available at this program. What to Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Bring multiple layers for both active walking and standing still. Bring sunscreen, a hat / sunglasses, closed-toe, sturdy shoes, and plenty of water. Trails may be muddy so please wear proper footwear. Hiking poles are a great option if you are concerned about balance on uneven/muddy terrain.
