A chance to hike and chat with the friendly people working to update the Foothills Natural Areas Management Plan. Learn why Coyote Ridge, Pineridge, Maxwell, and Reservoir Ridge natural areas, and the Foothills Trail are special to wildlife, plants, and people. You'll hear about potential management actions, how decisions are made and what the goals are for these special places. Discover some challenges facing the foothills natural areas, too. The hike to the cabin is 2 miles round trip. *Natural Areas volunteers are encouraged to attend the Coffee Talk on the Foothills Plan instead of this event.*
