Natural Discoveries - Mixed Ages

*Registration for this activity is required and will close on 7/18 at midnight Where: Lee Martinez Park, park at the tennis courts. When: Friday, July 19, 9:30-11:00a.m. Program Description: Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Poudre Trail to discover and view the butterflies, trees, and birds along the river corridor. Includes a scavenger hunt for young people. Bring binoculars if you have them. . Accessibility: Program takes place almost entirely on a paved bike trail easily accessible to any mobility devices. Up to 1 mile, round trip. Bathrooms available near the Lee Martinez Park playground. What to Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Bring multiple layers for both active walking and standing still. Bring sunscreen, a hat / sunglasses, closed-toe, sturdy shoes, and plenty of water. Trails may be muddy so please wear proper footwear. This stroll goes along the river, so bug repellent or long sleeves are highly suggested. ___________________________________________________________________ People of all abilities and disabilities are welcome to participate in all programs and we are happy to make any appropriate accommodations.
