For Natural Areas Volunteers Only! Join us at NIX on Friday, December 15th anytime between 10:30am and 12:30pm for a casual gathering to celebrate the holidays and mingle with friends! We will have light refreshments and food along with fun activities and perhaps a contest (or 2). Dress in your most festive holiday sweater and contact AJ if you would like to learn more or participate in the Silver Fork Dessert contest. This event will be a pop-by, and attendance for all 2 hours is not required, but please register by December 13th so we know how many to expect. We hope to see you there and wish you all some good holiday cheer! New staff members Ludy and Sam will be there - stop by to meet them and welcome them the the Natural Areas Public Engagement Team.

I am a Public Engagement Specialist with the City of Fort Collins Natural Areas and I organize community programs, programs by request and interpretive communications like signs and brochures. I'm excited to be back in Fort Collins again after being gone for 15 years. My favorite things to talk about are conservation issues, conservation research and raptors!!
