Each NextGen PRO applicant must complete a 30-minute group interview with Jeff. In this interview, please expect to do a small volunteer activity while we talk. This group activity is designed to let NextGen staff get to know who our returning teen volunteers might be. You've done NextGenServe, so what brings you back? A core component of NextGen PRO is developing leadership skills. What kind of leader are you? What are your strengths? What aspect of yourself or your skills would you like to improve? These will be important questions to think about this summer. Come in with some initial ideas about these questions. The interview will be held in the Grove at 215 N Mason Street. When you arrive, please wait outside the front doors, and a staff member will greet you. Bring your authentic self and be ready to engage.
