Kids in the Park is a community event that encourages kids to get outdoors and play, learn about exciting recreation activities, play in the park, dance to music enjoy snacks from local food trucks and of course Fly kites! Descriptions of volunteer needs: Kite Decorating Station-Assist families at the kite decorating station; pass out kites/crayons People counters -Stand/Sit at entrance of event and counter people entering with clicker (and greet people with a smile!) Bubble Station-Assist families with big bubbles, keep bubble supplies filled (this is the most popular part of our event!) Float-Assist where needed to include, picking up trash, assisting at the stage, the lost and found, and vendor support.
Volunteers Registered: 14 (5 available)Wear comfortable shoes and layers to be prepared for Colorado weather! Sunscreen, water and a snack are recommended!
