Head to Eldora Mountain Resort to assist ARO leader in supervision of participants. Join ARO participants in Snowboarding, skiing, or Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing.
Volunteers Registered: 0 (1 available)Prerequisites include: ARO Application via Engage: https://engage.fcgov.com/d/aro scroll to bottom right side "Get Involved" and complete the general application. Following the brief application, you will be sent a background check, and dates and times for Orientation, Ability Awareness training. Basic ski or snowboard skills preferred. Note that passes to ski may not be included. Passes from Eldora are only issued to volunteers if Ignite or ARO staff determine that the volunteer is needed as a support person out on the ski. Volunteers provide their own ski equipment, lunch and snacks, and may need to provide their own pass to Eldora to leave the staging area/lodge.
