NOTE: The set up is different from previous years! There will be four stations set up drop in style. Each station activity will last about 25 minutes and repeat every half hour. The stations will be open from 9:30-noon so come by anytime during this time frame. Visit one or all of the stations! Bring your little ones (ages 4-7) to learn about nature through stories, activities, nature walks, and hands-on projects. Choose your adventure! Rotate through four different stations; each repeats every half hour. Parents/guardians must be present at all times. Siblings are welcome but the activities will be geared towards the stated age group. Location: Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area Directions: The entrance to Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area is on Carpenter Road/ CR 32, approximately one mile west of I-25, or two miles east of Timberline on the north side of Carpenter Road; the approximate address is 3340 Carpenter Road.

I'm a retired teacher with 44 years classroom experience. I love working with young people and supporting my community. For 15 years I also served on the Big Thompson Canyon Volunteer FD as a wild land and structure firefighter and member of the Rope Rescue Team. I live in a log home on Storm Mountain with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Murren. My four grandchildren enjoy hanging out in the hills with "Gram."

I have lived in Fort Collins since 1990, and fall more in love with it every year. I love exploring the Natural Areas with youngsters and the young at heart! I learn more with each step I take in the Natural Areas, and I look forward to continuing to explore it with you for years to come!

My special love is birds, and have worked to make my yard a haven for birds of many kinds, with a variety of feeders and bird houses.
