Celebrate National Public Lands Day by giving back to the natural areas you love! Volunteers will be working on a NEW trail at Coyote Ridge Natural Area that will connect to Loveland's Prairie Ridge Natural Area. The trail has been cut in and volunteers will clean-up and "groom" the trail. Please come prepared to work outside with little to no shade. Closed toed shoes and water bottle are required. It is recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses and to wear long pants. Water, snacks, lunch, as well as all tools and safety equipment will be provided. Volunteers will hike about 1 mile into the work site with an elevation gain of about 600 feet - restrooms will be located near the work site. All volunteers under the age of 16 must be with an adult 18+. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact Diane Wendt, (970) 224-6153, [email protected].
