Walks are offered on the full moon with lots of natural light—no need for flashlights! Dress warmly, wear closed-toed walking shoes, and bring water to drink. The program will include a 1-2 mile walk on unpaved trails, easy. Please arrive on time as the gate will close shortly after the program start time and no parking is allowed on the road outside the gate! Location: Bobcat Ridge, meet in the parking lot.

I'm a retired teacher with 44 years classroom experience. I love working with young people and supporting my community. For 15 years I also served on the Big Thompson Canyon Volunteer FD as a wild land and structure firefighter and member of the Rope Rescue Team. I live in a log home on Storm Mountain with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Murren. My four grandchildren enjoy hanging out in the hills with "Gram."
I have lived in Fort Collins since 1990, and fall more in love with it every year. I love exploring the Natural Areas with youngsters and the young at heart! I learn more with each step I take in the Natural Areas, and I look forward to continuing to explore it with you for years to come!
