Learn where bats live and why they're important at the site of the largest maternal roost in Northern CO! About the guide: Amanda Bevan is a PhD candidate in the Adams Bat Lab at the University of Northern Colorado and is on the board of directors of The Colorado Bat Society. Her research investigates how forests recovering from recent severe and widespread bark beetle outbreaks are affecting bat-associated food webs. Colorado Bat Society Established in 1990, the Colorado Bat Society is a State of Colorado nonprofit organization that specializes in research and outreach education to foster an appreciation of bats and their habitats. https://www.coloradobatsociety.org/
