The City of Fort Collins and United Way of Larimer County are partnering to host Family Volunteer Day, sponsored by Disney, GenerationOn and the OtterCares Foundation. Register your family today! Families that volunteer are entered to win Disney Parks tickets! Start this holiday season off right by giving back to your community! Help assemble community baby shower kits and emergency kits for families in need. We'll also bring the volunteer work outside to Rolland Moore Park to do some park maintenance work like raking, mulching, fall cleanup, and trash pickup. After the volunteering ends, join us in the Senior Center theater for a Disney movie showing and popcorn as a big thank you to our VoluntEARS. Family Volunteer Day is a day of service that celebrates the power of families who work together to support their communities and neighborhoods. Volunteering is a great way for kids and adults to make new friends, develop compassion for their neighbors, and even pick up a new skill or two! It’s an amazing day – don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity! NOTE: Disney Parks tickets will be given away in February 2018 to randomly selected volunteers. You must pre-register for Family Volunteer Day and sign in at the event to be eligible. The number of tickets we receive is based on the number of people who come to volunteer.
