Get moving with some stretching and balancing as we explore different animal poses. Ages 12 and under; parents must be present. All skill levels welcome. Bring water and your own yoga mat and/or towel. Participants are encouraged to take a walk through the natural area before or after the yoga session. Location: Red Fox Meadows Natural Area, meet at the parking lot off Taft Hill Rd.

In my career as a journalist, my most enjoyable work has involved the natural world. I became a Master Naturalist in 2017 and am delighted to continue learning about the local ecology and introducing others to its wonders. I also worked for twenty years as a writer-in-residence in Missouri schools, leading creative writing workshops. My degrees are in journalism and French.
